Add Your Pedigree

If you are requesting to join our project

One of the mainstays of our project is that each of our participants is required to submit his pedigree to be posted on our web page for others to observe and compare DNA test results.  When the group first started, it was decided that in order to be included in our DNA project, a pedigree had to be submitted to us.  The pedigree should be of your male line and can be a simple form as below.  Fill in what you can as not everyone has this many generations or all of this information.  When your DNA results are available, we will add you to our site.  Thank you.

(Note: Please add dates as mm/dd/yyyy.  States should be abbreviated to 2 letters as used in postal codes.)
